Hand Penetrating Computer for Domain ComputerSecurity.cc

Apple, Mac, or PC

It’s way easier to use than a pc.  The reason is that the company develops the entire product.  Pc manufacturers are widespread and incorporate lots of different things that weren’t really meant to go together.  Software patches are everywhere holding the thing together like some old worn out pants.

Mac, on the other hand, keeps track of the entire process with the focus of delivering something that is easy to use and stable.  The end result is that everyone thinks Macs are more fun to use.

Down Side

The focus on quality doesn’t allow for as much innovation.  Apple can’t compete with a huge industry of people creating for the pc.  They are just one company and it’s basically them against the world.  What tends to happen is that a lot more stuff will be made for the pc and that means the Apple is somewhat limiting.  In the past, Apple couldn’t run the software of all the major manufacturers and that was severely limiting.  Recently, Apple has adopted Intel’s computer chipset and that has made windows programs run more easily on the Mac.

Strengths

Apple has always been strong in design and for graphics applications.  If you are a designer, you will most likely want an Apple.  The machine can runmost, if not all, of the graphics applications out there.

The operating system is also built on a better architecture than Microsoft.  That means it will be faster than a pc with the same hardware configuration.  It also has the huge advantage of not getting viruses and malware.

Bottom Line

If you need it to run absolutely everything, don’t get a Mac.  If you want stability and a good design the Mac is the best choice.  Gamers will most often pick the pc and designers will most often get the Apple.
