A. If the wrong guy is after you it's impossible. However, most hackers will go away if your network takes a lot of work to penetrate. This means you need secure email, hardware firewalls, intrusion detection, and anti spyware. Use a proxy server to hide your IP address and don't go to bad places. Try and stay anonymous.
