The best choice is a class in ethical hacking. It will be expensive, but so valuable for learning.
Other good products to have would be a Sonicwall (firewall), an Ironkey (internet privacy security), and some intrusion detection software like Snort or some vulnerability assesment software like NetRecon (by Semantec).
